Great motivational/visual tool!!

Last week I lost 6lb (circa 3kg)... well today I was given a box by a friend which I have put 3 bags of rice in. Feeling the weight I have lost is so motivational! I will add to my box non-perishable food items each week which match my losses and when I get to my goal I will donate it to a homeless shelter or women's refuge. Motivational for me (bonus) feeding the needy (bonus) - I'd like to encourage others to think of doing something similar! Tins and packets are so cheap, I only spent £1.20 on the rice!

    GREAT IDEA - and i think might give me boost -- i'm feeling bit SLOW with the weight loss - even though I have lost 40 lbs before and realize slow is better -- i feel discouraged many days.
    I wish it went OFF as fast as it seems to go on!
