New 30DS Question

Ok first day of 30DS and I want to make sure I am following the system right. How do you know when to go up in level. 10 days at each? During the last week while I waited for my dvd arrive I heard nothing but how hard it is, how you cannot walk or lift your arms and how you are covered in sweat. I did not have trouble with this workout. There was nothing in it that I haven't been doing for the last few months in Debbie Siebers Slim in 6 series. I guess I should be thankful that that prepared me for Jillian but I am freaking out now wanting to make sure I follow the program correctly. Namely how long to stay at level 1 if that level is not challenging me. I am not ready to move on per say like right away on day 2 (will see how I feel tonight and tomorrow lol) but I was just sitting here thinking maybe I was supposed to do more than level 1 and that's why it didn't seem hard for me. IDK! =))

    I think on the DVD Jillian says to move to the next level "when you're ready", but typically I think everyone does 10 days on each level. Whichever works best for you. If I were you I would do level 1 for a couple more days and see how you feel, then just move on to level 2. Maybe spend a little more time on one of the more challenging levels.

    I just started 30DS Monday and am just getting to the point where I don't feel like I'm going to die...lol.
