starting over!

Because I've failed my last attempt!. As of today till October I will be recording everything that I eat. I will not be doing any extreme exercises Just walking/running/jogging. After late October I will start "real" dieting. So I'm looking for encouragement add me as a friend ! :smile:

    I wish you all the success! Any exercise is better than no exercise. Just don't give up and it may be easier this time around to not think of all this as a "diet" but more like a lifestyle. Anyone can lose weight on any diet, but the trick is to keeping it off using exercise and healthy eating as your way of life. :flowerforyou:

    Hi, My name is Shi Istarted my diet last Aug. and I lost 40 lbs. Than I put 10 lbs. back on. My bad time is after lunch to before dinner

    HI. I've been on here for several weeks now and its definitely making a difference to my mindset, mainly because of all the support from my lovely MFP friends! So if anyone would like someone to moan to or (hopefully!) celebrate with, add me as a friend; I'm on here most days. Have stuck at a 5lb weight loss for 2 weeks but hoping to carry on losing once I can increase my activity levels post-essay deadline and stop bingeing on PMS days (like this week!!)
