Still laughing...Over 81lbs in 6 1/2 months

Hi all,

Martin here...

And I'm still laughing...just in a different way. More energy and more excitement as I journey towards health! Im down now to 197lbs from original 346...and 278 in December. My body fat has gone from over 35% in December to 21.4% on Tuesday of this week (July 10, 2012) . Size 34-33 pants down from 46. My new goals: 188 to 184lbs and 15% body fat, muscular. Getting there...slowly. Here are a couple photos for comparison. I still love to laugh out loud, ya know? :-)

    Wow! Amazing transformation! You truly are an inspiration:) I have a goal to get to where your at now. I started at 310lbs on May 1, 2012. Your example lets me know I can do this it I stick with it! Thank you for posting your pictures:)
