Ive utilized the tools that i learned from using MFP and tried to keep the weight off without using the app. So far so good. People always send me old pics of me when i was a bigger and the one of me on the jet ski is the most recent. I felt like i should share.

    I don’t think so, I have a lot of support around me and people are always coming to me for advice. So whenever I got out to eat with people I influence them to make better choices instead of them influencing me to make bad choices.
