This is a 3 minute, 250 calorie, full breakfast with bagel, eggs, bacon, and coffee with creamer!

Western Bagel light bagel or english muffin (100 calories)
Egg beaters (6 tablespoons)
Bacon, 2 pieces cooked
Nescafe vanilla Instant coffee plus one tablespoon of any creamer

Microwave the egg beaters for 1:30. Microwave the bacon for 1:45. Toast the bagel or english muffin at the same time.

Top the toasted bagel/english muffin with eggs and bacon. Enjoy the vanilla instant coffee with the creamer.
