Vacation fitness tips??

Hi-
I'm going on a two week, cross country, camping vacation...any tips for sticking to an exercise routine while on vacation? I'm hoping to pack light and take only exercise tubing and running shoes as my equipment.

    Go into it with a plan (Ex: Take a 15 minute walk at all rest stops). I would use your resistance bands when you get to your stops for the night. You could wrap them around a parking pole to do some of your exercises. If you get a chance, use google maps before you go so you can check out any hiking/walking trails before you arrive. That way you won't have to worry about being stuck on a trail somewhere you aren't familiar with. Make sure you pack healthy options for the car ride as well. Good luck and enjoy your vacation!
