i like "Promasil - Whey Protein Powder"
it comes in white chocolate which is actually quite good!
for me, the main thing is low carbs/sugar!
i prefer one thats low, and if i feel a need to cheat a little i can add something for a treat!
(I like to put a little bit of chocolate syrup in it occasionally! basically turns it to chocolate milk!)0 -

I make my own with yogurt and hemp protein powder and hemp milk. I add in various fruits for sweetness and flavor.
Also, isn't whey protein for bulking up? That's what I was thinking.0 -
special K protein shakes are delicious...they've got more sugar than most others, but the dark chocolate is SO friggin' good0

SHAKEOLOGY! It's amazing! There's different flavors, you can make ice cream out of it, etc! They have a promotion going on now where you can get free shipping if you click on automatic home delivery (HD). But, if you don't like it, you can cancel after a month, so you got free shipping for your order (sneaky!). I've been getting the chocolate one every month. I have it as a meal replacement. And for $4 a meal, it's a lot cheaper and healthier than anything else you'd buy! Have you ever tried it?0

You can get Myoplex for ~ $1.86/serving if you shop around... Of course it doesn't cure cancer like Shakeology does.0 -
chocolate protein powder (i like VitaCost, Body Fortress, and Market Pantry -- none are overpriced, all are good quality, and have low sugar/carb content -- and taste great)
My go-to shake --
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup white kidney beans
protein powder
1tbsp liquid egg whites
1tbsp cooca powder
dash cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup water
7ice cubes
I always put some sort of veggies and/or beans in my shakes. Really blends in and thickens up the shake, adds protein & fiber for hardly any calories!0 -

You forgot that the bananas are frozen0 -

I also buy mine from Costco, 6lb bag for $45.
Vanilla flavor, but then I usually add my own flavor such as fresh banana, peanut butter or cookie butter. It's made by Cytosport, the makers of muscle milk.0 -
