Need help losing weight

I am 32 yrs old and I weigh 430 lbs 5'7". i need excersice tips and help. It hurts to stand because my leg is always swollen. I am on BP meds and water pills. I want to lose weight. I have thought about gastric bypass but have no insurance so it is out.. So i am alone doing it and need advice. If u have any please and thank u in advance.

Swimming is great low impact option. If you don't have access to a pool, try googling chair aerobics. Chair aerobics is something some wheelchair bound people use for a cardio workout. Since even standing causes you pain, this may be a good option for you.
Of course your biggest focus needs to be your calorie intake. As you lose weight hopefully it will become less painful for you to do other workouts.
Starting out is hard, but don't give up. All the struggles will be worth it in the end.0
