I have it, and it is pretty awesome. I do think that it is worth it. They send updates all of the time, so the $150 isn't really that much. It is basically a lifetime membership. They will send you updated recipes, meal plans, workouts, videos, etc. They send seasonal updates too, to get you through the holidays and stuff.
The plan revolves around clean foods, and no processed stuff. I have been reading, and researching health stuff for years...I have subscriptions to many health magazines, and I have not seen the stuff in the meal plan anywhere else. The recipes are so creative, and tasty. There is also a "scientific method" too, which I won't go into, because I am not that bright ;-)

My issue is that I don't cook. I am lazy and I don't have the time. If I followed that plan, I would be hot and thin right now lol. They post success stores all of the time on Facebook, and it is amazing.

Ooh really, so is it just like a clean eating plan but set out in detail for those who don't know much about it? or more like a forum type thing?

It is a big ol plan! You print it out, and put in a binder. They do have a forum/community just like MFP too (I like MFP better though) and there are groups if you have any questions about the plan, or if you would like to connect with other people on the plan.So yeah, I guess it is both! I think you can sign up for the community even if you don't buy the plan though.
So for the plan---It's actually set up in different sections. One is scientific methods for eating certain foods at certain times, which foods aid muscle repair, stuff like that. How your body reacts to certain foods...then there is a chapter on setting goals, and charts to track. Then they have all of the recipes, which range from breakfast, lunch, snacks, deserts and dinner. They are in sections-fat burning, and then maintaining. There are a lot of recipes, and they are easy. You just have to have access to a supermarket that sells, organic, and whole foods. It really does explain in detail for those who don't know much about clean eating.I thought I was all that when I got it. I thought I was all smart haha!
There is also a workout plan too. step by step detailed workouts, and you can find the corresponding videos on their site, or Youtube, if you would prefer to do the videos....

I honestly feel like you do, and when I first heard the price, I was like "oh hells no, that is sooo much $$"!!!! For the $ you basically get, a support system/forum community, recipes/meal plans, tips and tricks, workouts, and a lifetime membership. I followed the girls for a long time, and then I finally bought the plan, and I am glad that I did. They also host giveaways and contests all of the time, but again, I think you can be involved in these without buying the plan. They call themselves "your trainers" and actually personally answer your questions, which I think is nice because they are popular now (being in Self mag, have a dvd line etc) I sound like a corny sales girl lol, but I do love the girls.
Any other questions, feel free to ask! If you want, just sign up for their free emails!!!

Your question is posted to the wrong website. This forum is for MyFitnessPal which is a free calorie counting program.
