How honest should I be??

I have been struggling big time with my weight. I got down to 132 back in Nov but then I became emotionally unstable, was put on an anti-depressant, and have put on 20 lbs. I was originally on Celexa, but I have been switched to Wellbutrin.

So, here is my question: I finally changed my ticker from saying I was 140 to 148....Well, as of this morning, I am up another 5-6 lbs. So do you change it or do you leave it alone until you get back down to it? Right now, I am dealing with a wedding on Saturday (my brother's) and then VBS next week - so I haven't been able to hit the gym. Alot of the minor details have been forgotten for the wedding, so it has been alot of late nights, not eating good at all, and no exercise. Plus, TOM is due in like 4 days to give you more background. So what is your opinion? Change it or not??

I would adjust it. If I go up for a day or two I don't log it, but if it is a longer term pattern, I would log the new weight and start again. Leaving it saying the wrong weight may not give you the motivation you need to get back on track.

For myself, it would depend on when the last time I weighed was. I can easily gain/lose 5 lbs a day depending. I usually weight once a week, so if you just weighed I'd leave it be..
