Does anyone know what our sodium intake should be? Percentages, grams, etc.?

At least 500 mg, no more than 2,500 mg. Under 1,500 is recommended for people with high blood pressure.0

the American Heart Association suggests staying around 1500mg... no more than 2500mg a day.
I watch my sodium just like I watch my calorie intake keeping it always below 1500mg.

Unless you have a sensitivity to it, it doesn't really matter. Also, it depends on your activity level, the more active you are, and the more you sweat, the more sodium you need.0

I try to stay under 2500mg a day. I naturally do not enjoy salty foods at all.0

losing 20 lbs and keeping my sodium right around 1500 mg a day and my blood pressure has decreased so much my doctor has had to reduce my meds.0
