apple spice cake

I just improvised this cake and it's so good and light

ingredients:
1 package spice cake mix
15oz jar apple sauce
1/4 cup water
2 granny smith apples (peeled and chopped)

just mix everything together and bake about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

using the applesauce instead of the oil and eggs cuts a lot of the calories out of it

    Diet Soda Cake!

    Choose your favorite cake mix and mix it with a complementary flavored diet soda. Mix and bake.

    Chocolate cake with diet cherry coke.
    Carrot or Spice cake with diet sprite.
    White cake with diet orange soda
    *Adding an egg white is not required, but I found it to help the cake stay fluffy.


    Or, Black Bean Brownies~
    Puree a can of black beans in the juice and then mix with a box of brownie mix.
    They smell a little beany when they first come out of the oven, but after they cool, you'll never know the difference.
