Personal Training Session

Hi,
I have got to the stage now where I am working on toning my middle.
I have a personal training session tomorrow morning and as I have always worked on how many calories I burn at the gym I was wondering if anyone knew if I would actually burn any in half an hour of the following:
- Plank Position
- Abdominal Crunches
- Leg Presses
- Inner Thigh Weights
(I think that's what he said we will be doing!)
If I will could anyone give a rough estimate, I'm obviously going to give it my all.
I weigh 10st 4lb.

    Any use of energy is going to burn calories. It's really going to depend just how intense of a workout it is. Also, the more muscle you develop the more calories your body will naturally burn..so regardless if you burn a little less than a big run, you'll make up for it in the long run.
