They are 30 calories each.
They look lovely, but I am not looking and am now leaving this thread.0 -
Custard Creams? Ewwww....0

My mum always used to say - "you can have one if you're very good"
So I guess the question is - how good have you been????0 -
If you're looking to finish off your calories, I'd say about 30.
Otherwise, I'd say 3.0 -
I would usually go for two if I were to have a biscuit.
I actually had some biscuits on Tuesday, hadn't had any for so many months, I just don't crave that kind of stuff anymore. I can have them without feeling the urge to pig out and uncontrollably eat them. The reason I some biscuits was because we were visiting our Great Auntie and she's the kind that gets offended when you turn stuff down, so I don't want to be rude lol.
Like Eliza said, two with a good cuppa. Can't beat Custard Creams and a Cuppa0 -
You "CAN" have them all, but how many "SHOULD" you have is the question. I'm guessing that the serving size is 2-4 but I'm sure you already know that
. You can do this.

Well... if you plan to work them off and are in your calorie goal you can have them all! Though you might have some serious sugur high going and give yourself a belly ache... lol!0

All of them! Next time put a napkin down first !0

I used to eat those big Tesco 48 packets in one sitting.... And they do custard creme milkshakes in a bar near me and they put malteasers in the top...0
-
Break them in pieces before eating, and chase them down with a stalk of celery, and you can have them all...0
-
You can have them all for me....I don't like them.......now if they were ginger nuts....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:laugh:  :laugh:0

I remember I used to go through a half a packet or even a full packet of maryland cookies, bourbons, custard creams or chocolate fingers. I'm surprised I've come to a point where I can control myself.0 -
None!
I mean, can you eat just a certain number and stop? I certainly couldn't!0 -
Depends how many cups of tea you have access to. I'll take a couple off your hands...0
-
If they're your biccies, you can have as many as you want.
But at 59 Calories per biscuit, just remember how much exercise you need to do to work them off... :bigsmile:0 -
I had 12 :~ - which is less than I normally would
Yup once you eat one you cant stop and yes you can only buy them in 2000 calorie bags
Luv em
Note to self... Don't buy custard creams0 -
