i feel embrassed to go for shopping and always have problem to find bras.
my next problem is my stomach, it is big to, but i know that during my diet this becomes smaller, but my boobs won't be.

If weight loss doesn't do it, I think your only other option is surgery. I would do it in a second if I had that problem. Women I know who had it done are thrilled.

I've lost a cup size and 2 in. off my chest to my husband's dismay lol. I have been doing a tons of push ups (finally graduated to real push ups), burpees, chest press and pull ups and dips (assisted).

Over the last 5 weeks I have also been doing the whole circuit of chest machines 2-3Xweek. One of my goals was to go from a DD to a D cup so I really targeted the chest excercises!

They'll naturally shrink with weight loss. If you want to speed it up, try doing chest exercises. Push ups have worked for me, and although I haven't yet tried heavy lifting, I hear that works decently as well. I wouldn't resort to breast reduction surgery until you're at your goal weight and you still find them too big for comfort.

You can't spot reduce so doing chest exercises will do nothing to make your boobs smaller. It might make them perkier, I don't know. If they're that large, I don't know if the underlying muscle can ever really do much for them that it's not already doing, y'know?

Had this problem when I was younger, too big even at close to my goal weight. I wore minimizing bra all the time and it did seem to help just a bit with back pain. It also made me feel less self-conscious.

Mine have actually gotten smaller (or maybe just less dense) with age. Can't say I'm happy about that either!! But exercise seems to help. Good luck!

There isn't anything special you can do. Breasts aren't completely fat. Those of us who lose a cup size or two when we lose weight do it because we had a decent amount of fat in our breasts. If you lose weight and your girls stay the same size it's because yours don't have much fat in them and the only way to get rid of breast tissue is reduction surgery.,

As it has been said, you can't spot-reduce body fat, and your breasts are mostly made up of that fat. So lose weight over all through strength and cardio exercises. I strongly recommend that you do strength exercises, with a focus on your torso. If you strengthen your back, chest, and abdominal muscles, you'll be able to improve your posture and lessen the strain on your back from the weight of your breasts. If they do not shrink enough by the time you reach you goal body fat percentage (not just goal weight. Even maintaining the same weight, reducing your body fat percentage should continue to shrink your breasts), I'm afraid that the only option left, beyond that, is breast reduction surgery.

As other posters have said, wait until you lose weight and then reassess how you feel about your boobs. When I was 10 stone (140lbs, my goal weight), my boobs were 34DD or E, depending on the time of the month. They are now just over 34G. The excess cup size is fat, and I expect to lose it again as I lose weight. You didn't mention if you have always been overweight. If so, then it's not surprising that your boobs have always been bigger than your (presumably) slimmer friends. Ditto for your stomach fat.

I started to type a load of stuff about getting the right size bra and buying clothes from bravissimo, who specialise in clothes for women with bigger boobs, but you probably know all this. I don't normally play pop psychology with people's posts so forgive me if I am totally off topic here but if you're worried about your boob and stomach size, the bad news is that the solution is losing weight. The good news is that you're in the right place to achieve that. Good luck with your journey towards more handle-able jugs!

BTW I just looked at your profile pics and your boobs don't look out of proportion with the rest of your body, which convinces me that they will shrink as you get slimmer. You're very pretty too :).

I think if you workout your pecs and upper body, lose some fat etc. You never see professional athletes with huge knockers, that's no coincidence!

"Ditto" just means "the same as was just said", so when I said "As you lose weight your breasts will get smaller, ditto your stomach", it just meant "so will your stomach".

Bravissimo sell attractive bras for women with larger boobs, and they have a line of clothes like shirts and dresses cut for bigger boobs too. Even when I was a UK 8-10 in trousers (US 4-6), I got my bras from Bravissimo. They will fit a bra for you to make sure you are wearing the right size, and it will be much more comfortable for you, which is specially important if you are taking more exercise and don't want them flopping around too much (they sell sports bras too). There is a branch in Manchester on the top floor of the Corn Exchange, opposite Selfridges on Exchange Square.

Oh, and they have a sale on at the moment!

It's so important to wear a good fitting bra. If it fits just right it should distribute the weight and help with the aches and pains.

Different makes of bra seem to be made slightly differently, so find one that suits. I found that Rigby and Peller (expensive!) suited me well when I was smaller, and Fantasie suited me when I was bigger. Once you know your size in that make, you can order from Ebay, which is usually cheaper.

I see Ultimo are bringing out a treatment called " Usculpt Boobs Minus" that is supposed to reduce bust size. I have no idea if it works. I suspect there wouldn't be any dramatic change.
