FAT above the knees! Help?

Has anyone had this problem? Any tips to get rid of it- besides liposuction? haha I'm 5'5", weigh 128 and I am pear shaped. So, my legs are definitely the worst part of my body. I can't stand the fat that sits right on top of my knees. I wouldn't be so self conscious wearing shorts if I didn't have this problem. Chubby legs, ok, but fat pads on the knees? Ghastly...

    bump, me too. I haven't worn shorts in 18+ years

    You must hang upside down with gravity boots for 60 minutes per day and massage the knee fat down into your thigh. You must then immediately thereafter perform vigorous squat exercises to burn off the fat. Don't hang upside down for longer than 60 minutes or.....well I'll just say that you wont be able to exercise where it ends up.

    Either that or possibly the regular use of a leg extension machine. You make the call.
