    That is great. I turned 40 last year too and I think it is even more important to take care of ourselves now as age seems to make all these new body aches creep up. I weigh less than I did in high school too. Congrats and thanks for sharing

    Ahhhhh, thank you SO MUCH guys!! I have been at this for OVER 2 years now, but like they say, slow and steady wins the race, right?? I will be 40 years old TOMORROW, and this is pretty much the least I've weighed since high school...and it feels awesome! :)

    Not only do I have collarbones now, I have a NECK too!! :laugh:
