I have completed Turbo Fire and want to move on. I would like to do Insanity but several friends have suggested Asylum. Any thoughts or opinions on these programs. Thanks.

I'm doing Asylum starting May 17th I like that it incorporates more resistance workouts than the traditional insanity while still keeping the heart rocket skyrocketing during the workout0

Asylum is an excellent program--tougher than P-90X or P-90X2. It is fast-paced, and it incorporates cardio with strength training, so you get an amazing work-out. I would recommend this program highly! It is also extremely motivational since each work-out is different unlike Insanity. With Insanuty, I felt like I was doing variations of a cardio/plyometric work-out everyday. With Asylum, you use your own body for specific strength-training exercises, but you also use an agility ladder and free weights or bands.
You will not be disappointed if you try this work-out program! Shaun T is inspirational also.0
