Let's start a thread like the "eat this not that" book.

I'll start. Anyone know of any post them here!

Eat a 1/2 box of Junior Mints ( 170 calories), instead of 1 bag of M&M's (240 calories). More satisfying!

    Eat 1 cup of frozen berries with a tablespoon of whipped cream (~85 cals) not 1/2 cup ice cream (~220) still cold and sweat so it satisfies the craving. Sprinkle the berries with splenda if you really have a sweet tooth.

    Eat Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter (190cal; 6gfat; 17carbs; 20gprotein; 2sugars) instead of
    Reese's PeanutButter Cups ( 210cal.; 13gfat; 24carbs; 20sugars; 5gprotein)
  • Just a tidbit thats helping me tremendously, having mustard intsead of mayo. You wouldnt believe the calories you save.
