Sorry I missed yesterday... I am traveling for work and was having trouble accessing the site yesterday morning.
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I don't think so.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set one
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked around the mall
What would I have done differently? Workout at the hotel gym
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories

Yes, I woke up just after 8 so I would be at the gym just after 9. I have never been to a gym that early although I'm about to go early again today.

Told someone I have romantic feelings for, how I felt... oh in relation to my health? Um, had a nice breakfast of complex carbs to help fuel my day.

Not had as much for lunch as I did. I realize now I'm pretty used to smaller meals and all I had was a 12-in Subway Sub and that made me sick for a while.

Get to the gym and burn at least 600 calories (at least 550 with cardio), the rest from strength training. Maybe even do some Wii Fit tonight... but then again,... New Zelda game today so I doubt I'll be turning on my Wii tonight. The DS is where it's at.0 -

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, excluding the sugar count -- I think it was mostly due to the fruit I ate.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes! Sure did.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat any sugary junk food! :bigsmile: Stayed busy and chewed gum when I was craving the junk food. Drank lots of water.
What would I have done differently? Not eaten the 3 sourdough dinner rolls my boss brought in after a catering. Oh well, still lost some weight!
What is today's personal goals? Work out at the Y (elliptical) and maybe some upper body lifting (depending on how I'm feeling). Stay away from the sugary junk food again. And, stay warm even though it's super cold outside and icy!

So usually I work from home but I needed to go to the HQ office for a couple of days. Well... my work wardrobe usually consist of sweatpants and jeans. Since I am in the office I needed to dress a little better. :bigsmile: I just have to say my "work" clothes feel GREAT!!! (They don't look too bad either :laugh). I can't wait to lose the next 20. Woohoo!!!! es. My 16's are big/comfortable... look out 14 here I come.0

Made it to the gym for a step class. Still have pulmonary issues, but stuck it out, even at a walk.

Nothing

Drink more water, get in more fruit, and get to my dance class.
