My boyfriend and I went on a cruise in February, we loved it!!! There are so many fresh healthy food choices if you want to stay super good. Personally when I'm on vacation I like to indulge!! Also we kept so active with excursions, hiking the Mayan ruins, swimming with dolphins, zip-lining and a ton of walking that I never gained any weight!. I say just go and enjoy!!!

Just treat it like any other time of temptation and enjoy but don't overindulge

 Well, everytime I go on a cruise, I indulge in "something" everyday. However, I do try to at least go 3 times on that week to the gym. I try doing some weights, or interval cardio with weights. i find it hard to do the treadmill and keep a good balance with the boat moving. But I find it that when I do some type of workout at least 3 times in that week that I am on the cruise, it works for me.

I agree with lizzie - unless you intend to just sit in your cabin or on the chairs on deck, you'll mostly likely be active for many hours of the day which means most likely you'll burn a lot of what you eat.

Watch those things that tend to throw you a curve ball when it comes to eating healthy and then just enjoy yourself. Don't go too crazy trying to stay inside macros or calorie expenditures. Eat sensibly, play hard! Have fun.

I went on one the end of November. I wasn't on this program but I was watching what I ate. I stayed on it pretty close. But lets face it, that was my 1st cruise and I was going to enjoy myself, but I didn't overdue it. They had a track around the ship so I jogged every morning, that helped.
Good luck, but hell enjoy the trip, you can catch up when you get back!! Remember MODERATION!!

I feel great about everything, and I have plans to work out every morning, I have gotten addicted to logging in everyday, so I have to make a way to do that.
