When you weigh yourself later in the day its not your real weight you have water weight after the best time to weigh yourself in the morning right when you wake up!

You always have water weight, more than 50% of your body is water, it fluctuates based on far more things than just time of day.
It doesn't matter when you weigh yourself because there is no "true" weight in a fluctuating organism like a human being. All that matters is that you weigh yourself under the same conditions each time (i.e. same time of day, no clothes, right after going to the toilet etc.)0 -
