for a workout i mean. there is music i can play that makes me feel angry and like superwomen.. like ya im going to kick some *kitten*!
recently it has been miranda lamberts gun powder and lead. but when i was really into rock down with the sickness by disturbed.. wow i would grit my teeth and run it out, squat it out, situps until the end of time... or the song. lol so tell me some good ones you love.
