A little about myself. My name is James, I'm 20 and I’m from a rainy town in the UK called Stoke on Trent. It isn't pretty but it's home.

Currently 216 lbs but looking to drop to around 190 lbs as a starting point and I’ll see how I go on from there.

So say hello! Introduce yourself! I just have! it's your turn =]
