I have Irresistibles bio best organic maple syrup, but when I use it, I can't track it because it only shows how much it is for cups, not Tblsp or tsp. I used quite a bit this morning in my chocolate, organic peanut butter, blueberry, raspberry, vanilla and cinnamon oatmeal with Greek yogurt. Lol It was amazing, but I'd like to know how much it would be for smaller amounts.

Anyone know? Or should I just log it in ad tsp or tblsp of honey?

Here it is: http://tracker.dailyburn.com/nutrition/irresistibles_bio_organic_maple_syrup_100_percentpure_calories

If the link doesn't work, then google it or search it up here.

Can't you divide the cup into tablespoons, or however much you used?

1/4 C is 4 TBS.... so if you used 2 TBS log it as .5 of 1/4C serving...

16 tablespoons in a cup, so in decimals it's .0625 cups for each tablespoon you use. Does that help?

yes, there are 16 tablespoons in a cup, so if you have 2 tablespoons with something then you are having 1/8 of a cup

There are 16 TBLSP in one cup
So that everything Calories, sugar, carbs
and divide that number by 16 and you should get how much is in one tblsp!

    :)

    ex 100 calories in a cup = 6.25 in 1 tblsp
    (100\16 = 6.25)

A 1/4 cup equals 4 tablespoons. So a tablespoon is 55 calories. Also, a tablespoon equals 3 teaspoons, so a teaspoon is 18.33 calories.
