Just wondering if there are any other Kiwi's out there on this site, only found out about this website last week and think it's a great tool to have to put in what i've eaten, exercise for day etc.. quite a motivater to do better the next day. Like many here I'm on a journey to lose weight to be fitter, heathier and enjoy life better.

    What you all currently doing and how can we help each other?

    I am trying to stick to 1200 cals a day (failed that today lol) and working up motivation to get back onto the treadmill but these colds mornings... oh mah!!!

    What's everyone doing?

    Until now I've been just trying to stay around the 1300 cal mark. Monday i go back to the gym 3 times a week. I need to fit a 30 min treadmil run here n there too. wondering if every morning will be too much but, I sure need it :)
