Don't fear sugars in fruit!

I love this video and thought I would share it with my MFP friends. There is no reason to fear fruit! Although I could not be a raw vegan, I've definitely added some raw/vegetarian meals to my diet. Enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2QNcP1URF4

    Yeah! she reversed her hyperglycemia by becoming a raw vegan, after she was advice to stay away from fruit and sugar. Now she eats mostly fruits.
  • Its BS all sugar is nearly identicle. The only advantage fruits have is they have fiber and nutrients with the sugar.
