Don't fear sugars in fruit!

I love this video and thought I would share it with my MFP friends. There is no reason to fear fruit! Although I could not be a raw vegan, I've definitely added some raw/vegetarian meals to my diet. Enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2QNcP1URF4

Yeah! she reversed her hyperglycemia by becoming a raw vegan, after she was advice to stay away from fruit and sugar. Now she eats mostly fruits.0

Its BS all sugar is nearly identicle. The only advantage fruits have is they have fiber and nutrients with the sugar.0
