I went to the store found weight watchers came out with something simliar to lauging cow cheese wedges . I bought the white cheddar flavor it was at the wal mart super center 30 calories a wedge. I looked in the ingredients to see if it listed artificial sweetners since I can't have any fake sweetners as it gives me really bad headaches. I know my mom said I have to watch weight watchers because they put artifical sweetner in their items. does anyone who has had this cheese know if they put any artificial sweetners in it? any names of fake sweenters to look for on the package. would appreciate the help.

Your best bet would be natural cheese. Lowfat part skim mozzarella has harly any calories and you don't have to worry about any weird ingredients. It's just natural cheese. Most of the weight watchers stuff has tons of sodium and unnatural ingredients. Of course we all eat some processed food, but cheese is something that is easy to get unprocessed and natural. If you budget the calories into your day and you don't eat it every day you should be fine. I've also found that the more veggies and stuff I add to my sandwiches the more flavor I get and I don't miss cheese or mayo at all!0

Personally if I'm going to eat cheese, I want full fat and flavor (extra sharp new York chddar). Then I read Dr furhman's blog today about cheese and I'm so grossed out I might stick to only naturally made cheeses from small dairy farms. Diseaseproof.com0

I love the jalapeño pepper jack version. I spread it on warm toast, put an egg on it and it's delicious. I've been sort of using it as the "cheese" and the "mayo" I would normally want on a sandwich. It saves a ton of calories. I don't think it has artificial sweeteners, but weight watchers has a pretty good website that lists all their ingredients.0
