Calories in a Winn Dixie Chicken Pot Pie today..

Anyone have the nutrition info on the Winn Dixie Deli Chicken Pot Pie...I googled it and could not locate the nutrition info..
(on a side note) I only ate 340 cals before I ate the wonderful, gooey encrusted addictive treat......Glad I only crave the thing every now and then...

    I am not sure what it is... but when you use the red flag words of: Gooey, delicious, yummy, flakey crust, etc. Then the calories are enormous!!

    Make it yourself.

    - Roast Chicken Breast with Skin on, Bone in. Remove skin and bone. Cut into chunks.
    - Sweat 1/2 Onion, clove garlic in saucepan with 1 tbsp olive oil.
    - Add One tablespoon flour. Continue to cook until flour begins to brown. Do not burn.
    - Add 2 Cups of Chicken Stock, slowly, and stir on high heat until thickened.
    - Add 1 Cup of Frozen mixed Veggies. Whatever you want.
    - Stir in Chicken.
    - Divide into two ovenproof bowls. Let cool.
    - Top bowls with a small piece of puff pastry (Should not cover the bowl. You just want the taste), readily available in the freezer aisle.
    - Bake 350, for about 45 minutes.

    ~480 Calories a pop. Maybe 6 bucks each.

  • I googled Winn Dixie pot pie and found a recipe here that may be close (http://winndixie.shoptocook.com/recipeweb/recipedetails.jsp?recipeid=9441) ..this is 470 calories a serving.:)

    Whenever I am unsure of a prepared food I eat, I search for things as close as possible and add 3-4 of them to my diary. I compare which are the closest and I select the one most fitting.
