I want lean thighs!

Any ideas on what exercise I should do to obtain slender thighs? Or is there a type of exercise equipment I should use.

    Power walking & running has worked amazingly on my thighs, along with scissors, squats, & lunges :)

    Squats work wonders not just for your thighs but your butt too!!! keep up doing them..skipping one day will leave your muscles even more sore than if you keep doing it :wink:
