Interesting topic.. I'm 26 btw. It's true, most older people think it's easy to look good at my (our) age. While it may get harder when we're older, it's still takes effort and education to be ripped in our 20's.. I'm a personal trainer so I hear it all day, "you look good bc you're 20 something.. Wait until you're my age!" Yeah, I'll still b ripped, don't worry.

28 here! Does a slightly elevated body temperature count for HOTT?
