Well.. I've lost 10kg (close enough!) And here are some obligatory pictures. Perfectly safe, not even the slightest bit risque....

Before - 110kg (17st4, 242lbs)

MIddle; About 104kg (16st2 229lbs)

Next target is 90kg, which is under 200lbs. From there, down to 80, which is overweight and not obese, and from there, down to 55 eventually.

    I think someoen told me that it needed to be IMG in caps and thats why mine wernt showing before

    Wow cr0wny that is amazing. i can really see a good difference. you have some nice hips going on there and an hour glass figure appearing! well done you, your looking great! Wish i had taken some before pics, (all ive taken is a back of a dress im trying to get back into lol) I reckon once ive lost another stone an hour glass shape will hopefully start appearing on me too lol!

    keep it up cos your doing so well and you look great !

    Does this work? I hosted them for you on my flikr account. drop box doesn't work with spaces in the path or % symbols etc.
