Kettlebell?? Two questions

So this morning I tried a Kettlebell class for beginners. I am definitely feeling sore! It was a 45 minute class and I want to log it. But MFP does not have an option for this. Any idea how I can get an estimate with how many calories I burned?
My second question is, after the class I felt a little sick to my stomach. I was drinking water during class and after class and ate a light breakfast an hour before class. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
Thanks!

It's normal to feel a little sick after or during.
Check out livefitrevolution.org. She has free kettlebell classes with actual beginner, obese students. I just started my second 12-week program at the beginning of one of her latest one, and a lot of the participants have to sit down for a bit during class due to nausea or dizziness or light headedness
I just log it as 'weight training', if at all, though it's probably higher due to its cardio component. I'd rather underestimate it.0 -
Glad to know that feeling sick is normal!
I just logged my kettlebell class as weight training. Thanks for the tip!0
