Head Colds and Exercise

Everything I read says to exercise if the cold is above your neck. I have a sore throat and headache and sneezing. But I also am sore and achy and tired.
I usually exercise every day, resting by changing up the part of the body that I exercise. Should I skip or push through?

I normally run anyway, but make it super easy. Afterwards I tend to feel less congested and tired.0

Unless I have a fever or sever cough I try and workout - I just do not go as hard. I usually feel better but for some reason I start feeling worse it is time to stop.
Having a mint or something helps the sore throat while doing the workout.0 -
Okay, I'm going to do a light workout, since you insist.
Seriously, though, thanks for the encouragement.
