Training to be a firefighter HELP!

So through my school I applied to a camp for women who would like to potentially become firefighters. I was one of 2 students from my city to be accepted into the program and I really want to impress the people there because there are potential scholarships to win. I am also one of the youngest women there and I really want to show that i am one to be reckon with... so my question to all you folks is I have until Aug. 9 to get into the best shape I can possibly get into. I really do not know what to do. Could anybody give me a training program that is going to push me really hard or maybe a training program you made up yourself that has really worked for you. I want to start really hitting the weights hard (what kind of routine should I be doing there?) and I want to do effective cardio. You can pretty much post whatever you want on this topic... I just need your help with what I should be doing to get myself in peak conditioning.
HIIT? (if so how)
Weights? (again if so how?)
Cardio (how long? treadmill?)
any opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Here's a PDF prep guide from the Connecticut Fire Academy for the CPAT.

Best of luck to you!!0 -
If you want a fitness program from someone I know that helped design the test, let me know0

You'll need a strong back, strong legs, and good cardio conditioning.
Stronglifts would do good for the legs and back as would something like PHUL and Wendler 5/3/10
