Had this site recommended to me a few days ago, and finally checked it out today. I really like what I see, and am excited to get started!
I do not enjoy exercising though; that's going to the the challenge for me. Running on a treadmill or eliptical is boring, and I lose interest fast. I love racquetball though, so I'm hoping to find someone to go play with for an hour a day.
I'm a 35 years old, 6'0, and weigh in at 215 right now. I would love to get back to 180-185 lbs. I'm tired of looking at myself in the mirror every night and being grossed out by the rolls. Men are not supposed to have "B" cups!
Watching what I eat (and I don't mean from the plate to my pie hole) is going to be hard too, but I've been working on it. I was under my caloric goal today, and didn't bust the max fat/carbs! I'm really looking forward to a new me!
I'm going to start exercising tomorrow too. Maybe I can get myself jogging soon.

  • Welcome. Running on the "dreadmill" IS boring. Running outside, however, is a whole other experience!

When I went to the gym months ago, I used to read on the treadmill. Makes it a bit less boring. I hated the gym though, so I quit after a week. I'd rather save up the cash and buy my own elliptical and treadmill. Good luck to you, feel free to add me! :drinker:
