simple low-carb breakfast quesadilla~

helloooo! so i'm doing a week of low carb (any more and i might go crazy) and for the past three days i've been eating this for breakfast:

1 egg, scrambled
1 wedge laughing cow cheese, chipotle
1 mission carb control tortilla
immense amounts of hot sauce

i scramble the egg and while that's cooking i spread the cheese on the tortilla. then i put the egg on top and put the whole thing tortilla-down in the pan to let the cheese get all melty. once it's kind of crunchy i take it out, throw some hot sauce on it, and fold it over! sooo yummy. i highly recommend the mission carb control tortillas, they're really good!

8 net carbs, around 300 calories.

    josephs flax pitas are really good too, and less carbs.
    they make a lavash bread but i've yet to try it :(

    Sounds delicious! I'm just starting to get into spicy/hot things, so you had me at "immense amounts of hot sauce" LOL

    Sounds good. You can find La Tortilla brand low carb tortillas at Kroger and the small ones are only 50 calories and 4 gms net carbs The big fajita ones are 7 gms carbs and 80 calories
