60 lbs lost PICS!!

I started in November and I've been working crazy hard in the gym and following my diet the best I can. I hope this works :) Here are some before and after pics. BTW my ticker still says 57 b/c my official weigh in day isn't until Tuesday. I only update on Tuesdays! LOL But I snuck a peek at the scale this morning ;) The first pic was taken at 230 lbs, the last pic at 175 lbs. :)

    My diary is open.. you can check it out if you want.

    As far as workouts go I do mostly high intensity full body interval training and include weights. So, one workout may include...

    10 minutes warm up on an arc trainer or treadmill or track - semi tough.. heavy breathing lots of sweat :)

    60 seconds high knees
    chest press on the ball w/dumb bells ( 15 or so lbs each arm about 15 reps)
    60 seconds jump rope
    warrior pose squats to curl with dumb bells (12.5 lbs each arm about 15 reps)
    60 seconds burpees
    crazy ivans with medicine ball (15 lb ball 15 reps each side)

    repeat 3 times

    I do that 3 times a week and add another day or two of cardio usually sports involved like ultimate frisbee, volleyball, softball
