I am consistently over on my daily fat, and under on my daily protein. Unfortunately, most high protein foods are also high calorie and high fat. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Could you open up your diary? Lean meat, chicken, turkey, fish, egg, non-fat dairy products, protein powder are all good ways to get your protein.0

you can change your macro goal settings to suit what you eat in practice. But you should eat your protein really.0

Beans, beans, they're good for your heart, and low in fat. Chicken, tuna, eggs, peanut butter, nuts, fish, sardines, tofu. There's a difference btwn good and bad fat. I keep track of my saturated fat and have it set for 7% of my total daily cals. For 1500 cals, that's 12 sat fat grams.0

natural fromage frais.
Loads of protein and very little fat.
You can just eat it like yoghurt.
It's what a lot of bodybuilders in Europe use to get bucketloads of protein in.0 -
Saturated fat? Or fat? If its not saturated, who gives a crap? Fat is not a bad word. The unsaturated fats are good for you. I think people obsess over the macro nutrients too much. Are u trying to lose weight or are you trying to sculpt for muscle competitions? Cholesterol, sodium and saturated fat are three things that should not be consumed in excess but should be consumed. Other than that, well maybe keep an eye on your protein to carb ratio but not much else. A calorie is a calorie. It all gets turned to a sugar for energy. You eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight regardless. Hope I wasn't too blunt lol.0
