Halfway there comparison pic

The 1st pic was taken around a year ago at around 300 and the 2nd was taken yesterday at 220 (excuse the messy bedroom) I hadnt realised there had been so much of a change. Ive never posted a picture before so fingers crossed it works.

    Thanks still a way to go but Ill get there, No secret, I try to eat clean as much as possible (I have Fri and Sat free for wine and whatever else I fancy) I walk lots, have just started 5x5 stronglifts. Ive found the biggest motivatior is everyones success stories on here =)
