Hi
I have been on here around 8 months and joined with a group from another Forum but they have all pretty much given up,so I am trying to find some new friends.

In the last 18 months I have lost 37 pounds and am pretty much where I want to be now but I am still checking in everyday.
I am 56 years old and live in Wales with my husband and our 3 Basset Hounds.
