advice on dropping fat %

hello. i am just wondering does anyone know the best ways of losing fat % and dropping weight without losing the muscle?

Keep your protein intake really high and eat at a slight calorie deficit, the longer it takes you to lose weight the better for conserving muscle. I have been in the process of doing that for the last 4 months and it has worked great for me. I have even increased my strength in the weight room while still losing weight!0

keep protein high (100 grams a day) or more. Exercise both cardio and strength training working every muscle group. You will have to shift the body daily from going from an anabolic state to catabolic but build more muscle then what is going to be lost when being defficient in calories. It is very hard to do but protein and strength training are the main things.0

so atm, my protein intake is very high has been for a while and im doing cardio and weight training and floor exercises, with the session progressively getting harder.. i should just carry on with this and look for results over a period of time?0

I dont know where the 100 grams per day comes from. I would say 1.0 to 1.5 gram per pound of lean body mass. You do want to lift weights to preserve your strength. You also want to keep up the cardio cause it will help you lose fat faster. The routine you said seems good. I would keep it up and monitor your weight loss daily so you know how to ajust you calorie intake. You dont want to lose weight fast nice and slow is the ticket!0
