Seriously need help!

Ok folks I really need to buckle down on my routine. I try to jam out an hour of cardio daily and an hour of strength training with a solid neck and core workout as well.
I jump like a jack rabbit all over for str training. I cannot seem to commit to a routine no matter what I lay out for myself. I think I'm tossing too many exercises into it and burning myself out on it.
I go 7 days a week for 2 hours M-F and 3 on S&S. This is NOT an option to change up. I can increase time frames if need be. I have a goal and I will NOT miss it. I just need help getting a routine down.
I'm looking if possible a good 2-3 exercises per target area that wont break the bank so to speak. Any advise would be most helpful! Thanks!

You go to the gym right??? Usually free of charge (at lease where I live) I can meet up with a trainer up to 3 times a month for alittle help. They gave me a layout of a daily routine to mix it up so im not killing one area of my body. I go 5 times a week for 2+ hrs. I do try to take 2 days off so my body can recoup...Gotta watch out that ur not over working ur muscles. Some ppl think its good but the last thing u wanna do is tear one. I give you mad props for being so dedicated to working out, thats why I love have people like you on my MFP friends list, keeps me motivated0
