My First 5k :) 2012 SF Color Run with Pictures!!

Hey all~
Yesterday was my very first 5k! I had the honor of walking it with my 2 best friends. 10 months ago..If you would of told me I'd be doing a 5k, in SF.. I would of laughed! (I was 93 lbs heavier with a bad knee) But I did it! LOVED IT!!! and looking forward to running (instead of walking) next year! Enjoy the pic's!! We had a BLAST!

This last one was at Starbucks... We tried to clean up as much at poss.. but OMG... our hair!! lmao.. :)

    looks like you had a blast! i'll be doing the color me rad 5k in fresno at the end of september! its basically the same thing, and i am SO excited!

    change the IMG tags to lowercase (i.e. img) and they'll work :)

    Congrats!! I want to do the Color Run (New Orleans) but it sold out by the time I discovered it. I'm on the list of hopefuls waiting for someone to give up their spot so I can have it!

    Looks like so much fun! My cousin also did this run in SF yesterday - she loved it.

    I am doing the Color Me Rad in Fresno, same as adedini - hoping we can meet up that day! I have friends who are signed up and am encouraging more to do so - seems like it is a blast with friends!

    I had some friends that did the color run in Minneapolis today (or was in in St. Paul? I think it was at the fairgrounds). I was jealous because I wanted to go but I can't really afford the entry fee at the moment :-/ But next year, I WILL be there! And I will run it, hopefully only walking at the color stations!

    Awesome sauce! Nothing is more gorgeous than doing something fun, fit, and fabulous! I can't wait for my first 5K... maybe the Vegas Color Run in February!!!
