My 100th Day Progress

I've been a MFP member since April 1st, 2012...I bless that day.
In the fist picture I weight approximately 204.
I am not quite sure how much I weight on the second one, but on the third one I weight 185.
So far I've managed to lose 22 pounds in 3 and 1/2 months.
I know it's not that much but I'm feeling good.
Btw, my height is 5'6.5" so I still have a long long way to go.
My first goal is 160.
My ultimate goal is 145-140.
My calorie intake is 1270 (I usually eat back some of my exercise calories but not always).
Main form of exercise is Zumba (3-4 days a week from 20 to 55 minutes)

    Well done you! Don't undermine your victories. Weight loss is weight loss no matter if I happens slowly. It's going the right way so stay focused x
