I love Vitatop muffins 100 cals and fiber. I eat one almost everyday. Also make a pizza with pita bread a little sauce, turkey pepperoni and some mozzerella for 8 min under the broiler. Planters energy mix single servings it had little bits of chocolate. totally addicted to whey protien shakes very convenient and you can add fruit peanut butter or whatever. If I want Chinese I just make a cup of brown rice with 2 scrambled eggs, some steamed veggies in my ziplock steamer, and some lite soy sauce. I like trying out new foods and recipes.0

I don't know what you like or dislike but my favorite thing to do is find healthier alternatives to my favorite dishes. Goat cheese Mac and cheese, fixing my greens in the same pan I just pan seared my meat. Try other cultures foods. Indian food is loaded with tasty ways to fix veggies.0
