I am currently living in a rural area where I do not have access to pilates or yoga classes. Could anyone suggest any free online pilates/ yoga videos worth trying out?

I don't do pilates but when I was in college I did plenty of pull-outies...0

BEFIT channel on youtube has LOADS of workout dvds, even 30 day shred! for free.0

OnDemand - through your local cable station - has LOTS of fitness options (I do everything from kickboxing to step and Pilates).
Hulu has some free videos through Gaiam TV Channel
Finally, Netflix is well worth the investment. Most of the CRUNCH series and 10 minute trainer series are available instantly. Other vids can come to you through the mail.
Good luck!0 -
If you have Netflix, there are several pilates videos on there. There are loads of freebies on youtube, itunes (lots of video podcasts that are free on there), and you can get a 15 day free trial for http://www.pilatesanytime.com, and they have great free videos of over 50 pilates exercises!0
