What did people think of the 30 Day Shred?

I'm starting it tomorrow as an everyday addition to my 3-4x a week workouts. Is it worth it? Has anyone lost vast amounts of weight with it/toned up a lot? Does anyone have any tips as to how to go about starting this workout?

    Toning up yes. Weight loss no. But everyone is different.

    Biggest hint..um...don't give up. Practice cursing because you will be cursing at Jillian. Can't stand her and her banter but have to admit the workout is working.

    And the planking exercises in level 2 SUCK!

    It's great and all by it's not worth all the hype, Yes I've done it and toned up, didn't lose a ton of weight. I recommend her Ripped in 30 instead or something like Insantiy or P90X.
  • I've heard great things about it in terms of people losing inches everywhere, but I just got bored with it pretty quickly. I was doing it every day though so if you're only doing it a few times a week you probably wont have that problem

    Edit: Just reread your post and realized you're planning on doing it every day, so yeah that's basically my only complaint with it
