I am 5'2 126lb. 41yr. old female and I am completely frustrated! I have been on Ideal Protein diet in the past and just started it again. I had great success with it the first time, and had been on and off of it over the past few years. It is a low calorie diet with no exercise in the first phase. I lost 6 lls. this in a month, but have lost anything in the past 2 weeks! I was exercising 5 days a week last week as well. Any advice? Is my body used to it and unable to lose now?

What kind of excersise? Resistance work would cause your muscles to hold on to water, for repair. Might just be this.
  • I have been doing the treadmill on in incline on some of those days.
